The return to Black Bear Pass. this time, during the day. We trick my Mother and take her down the switchbacks for some nerve racking views. Jason and I decide to skip Engineer Pass and go down Black Bear Pass in our Jeep Gladiators just after it had been closed. Beautiful weather makes for beautiful scenery in the alpines of the mountains of Colorado.
