The National Museum of Qatar, located in Doha, is a symbol of the nation's cultural heritage. The current building, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, was opened to the public on 28 March 2019, replacing the original structure from 1975. Nouvel drew inspiration from the desert rose crystal, a natural element found in Qatar, for the museum's unique design.
