Poptarts recipe:

250g (1 3/4 cup) All Purpose Flour
80g (1/2 cup) Powdered Sugar
1 Egg White
150g (1 1/3 sticks) Cold Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
Strawberry Jam for the filling

Icing:

190g (1 1/2 cups) Powdered Sugar
1 Egg White
1/2tsp Lemon Juice
1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
Food Coloring if desired

You can also ice the poptarts with just milk and sugar. The royal icing though won't melt in your toaster.
