एफ.डी.आर. यानि फुल डेप्थ रिक्लेमेशन तकनीक सड़क निर्माण के क्षेत्र में एक तरह का क्रांतिकारी कदम है। इसमें लागत और समय की भी बचत होती है। साथ ही साथ ये सड़के बहुत मजबूत होती हैं। चित्रकूट उत्तर प्रदेश का पहला जनपद है जहां से एफ.डी.आर. तकनीक पर सड़क निर्माण की शुरूआत हुई है। इस नई तकनीक में रिसाईकिलर, ऑटोमैटिक सीमेन्ट स्प्रेडर, 20टन पैट फुट रोलर, टैण्डम रोलर, मोटर ग्रेडर और पीटीआर रोलर जैसी विशेष प्रकार की मशीनों का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। मार्गों के निर्माण की गुणवत्ता की जांच साइट पर ही करने के लिए एक बेहद आधुनिक लैब भी स्थापित की गई है।
