The Doctor is starting to settle into this new life of his, and adapts to living on Earth whilst the TARDIS remains broken. The Brigadier has gone missing and a new Brigadier has been appointed. The Doctor and his friends are quick to discover this new Brigadier is hiding a dark secret and holds the power to the Earths defenses.
