The ICC board rejected Bangladesh's demand to not play matches in India by a 14-2 vote. Only Pakistan and Bangladesh supported it. ICC has asked the BCB to inform its government. If Bangladesh continues to insist, it may be removed from the tournament and Scotland could get a chance.
