Ingredients
3 slices of white bread
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
200 g boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 eggs
3 tbsp oil, to fry the chicken
2 tbsp oil, to fry the eggs
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
5-6 tomato slices
Fresh lettuce
