Helldivers 2 saw a series of hacks hit the game simultaneously causing chaos for the Cyberstan Major Order and more. I went looking for answers...and found them. Overall, this is not a good look for Helldivers, especially since it is doing so well with the Machinery of Oppression major content update.

Hackers have once again hit Helldivers 2 from the inside, expsoing it's weak anti-cheat and backend protections. We receive notice early this morning that the Galactic War had to be paused and current progress reset. From there, I went looking for answers and got them

HELLDIVERS™ 2 is a 3rd person squad-based shooter that sees the elite forces of the Helldivers battling to win an intergalactic struggle to rid the galaxy of the rising alien threats.
