catching the mummy bass

some tips, im not an expert (grain of salt and all that) but theres not a lot of info on the mummy bass
the mummy bass appears only near angelgard and only with red spots, although it is not guaranteed at red spots, so id recommend driving the boat around near the front of angelgard until you see them. it will appear as a L/B (large blue) dot on the radar when fishing, you will see the dot, it doesnt just appear when you hook the bait fish. it is extremely difficult to catch, its like the pink jade gar and regal arapaima combined. i do not recommend this being something you hunt with a low fishing level, and/or without good gear. i dont know what time is required to catch it, i caught it at night but ive heard others catching it during the day, grain of salt tho.
THE KEY IS PATIENCE
it took me 5 hours to find it, just keep cycling through red spots (you do NOT need a quest to catch it)
