Описание: The Virat Ramayan Mandir in East Champaran, Bihar has unveiled the world’s largest Shivling, a colossal structure carved from a single block of black granite brought from Tamil Nadu. Rising 33 feet high with a matching circumference and weighing nearly 210 tonnes, the Shivling was transported over 2,500 kilometers on a specially designed truck before being installed amid Vedic chants and rituals. Sacred waters from Kailash Mansarovar, Gangotri, Haridwar, Prayagraj, and Sonepur were offered during the consecration, adding spiritual significance to the event. As the first of 18 temples planned within the Virat Ramayan Mandir complex, this installation is expected to draw massive pilgrim footfall, boost tourism, and establish Bihar as a prominent spiritual hub on India’s religious map.
