Group coaching is a process where we invite smaller business owners, solo entrepreneurs, in to help make sure that they're getting their practice and their business up and running effectively.

So it's not quite as intensive engagement as one-to-one coaching and it also includes some peer group coaching with your particular group. So it's a consistent format. We start with a follow-up on the homework from last week. And again, this is a situation where five to eight business owners are holding each other accountable to make sure that what you committed to you actually accomplish.

We follow that review with some training. In Mentor Club, for example, it's a short bite, 15-minutes of training then we spend the next half an hour creating your plan going forward. So very fast-paced it's effective because you get peer counseling, peer coaching as well; a key piece of training that keeps you on track to implement your plan over a period of time.

So again, homework review, education and then create your plan for the next week; always keeps you moving forward toward your objective. It's fast and it includes a peer component as well.
