Описание: Sheetal Devi has had a stunning rise since taking up archery in 2021. The 18-year old won two gold medals at the 2022 Asian Para Games, then won Paralympic bronze for India at Paris 2024.
With partner Rakesh Kumar, they won bronze. Born with phocomelia, Devi is the youngest Paralympic medallist for her nation, and is now the winner of the Emerging Athlete of the Year in the BBC Indian Sportswoman of the Year awards.
