Krishna Janmabhoomi Case: Hearing Adjourned, Next Hearing On Land Dispute On May 31

Описание: Mathura News Today: Tanvir Ahmed, the lawyer representing the Mathura Shahi Idgah Trust in the Krishna janmabhoomi vs Shahi Idgah case, said that the mandir never objected to the 1968 settlement between the two parties. He said that the petitions filed recently were being pursued by “outsiders”. The case was adjourned to May 31 today.

Three suits were filed at a Mathura court, demanding the removal of the mosque allegedly built on orders of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in 1669-70 on the 13.37-acre premises of Katra Keshav Dev temple near the birthplace of Lord Krishna.
