Dispute In Progress vs UMG on behalf of UMGRI Interscope Eminem "Kamikaze" Review Video YouTube APPEAL | DJ ProTekt
Appeal that has been in review for months!! So NOW, of course this is old news and the song is not making the rounds like it was when it first dropped. There were so many review videos already out online about the 5'8'' emcee, so it baffled me why they are always singling me out for fair usage? I tried to do a review on Eminem "Kamikaze" and my video got BLOCKED by UMGI Interscope. How do I bypass this and upload my content?

Eminem was born to Deborah R. (Nelson) and Marshall Bruce Mathers, Jr., who were in a band together, Daddy Warbucks. He is of English, German, Scottish, and Swiss-German, ancestry. His early childhood was spent back and forth from Kansas City and Detroit. By age 12 he settled on the Eastside of Detroit. Switching schools every two to three months made it difficult to make friends, graduate and to stay out of trouble.
Marshall began rapping at age 4. By 14 he was well-known for battling in school lunchrooms. At 17 he made a name for himself, becoming M&M, which he would later respell as "Eminem". After failing 9th grade 3x in a row @ Lincoln High School in Warren (1986-1989), he quit school.
Forcing himself on radio shows, freestyle battles, and studios, he eventually recorded his very first album "Infinite" in 1995. The album sold less than 1,000 copies upon release in 1996. His daughter, Hailie Jade Scott Mathers, was born on December 25th, 1995 with long time girlfriend Kim Scott.
Eminem later recorded an album called the Slim Shady LP, which was a lyrical rant about his life in general. The set quickly caught the ear of hip-hop's difficult-to-please underground. In 1997 he went to the Rap Olympics in Los Angeles, hoping to win the $1,500 cash prize. After battling for an hour, he made it to 2nd place losing in a slip up. A few producers from Interscope were in the crowd who were handed a copy of his demo tape.
Dr. Dre got to hear it and the two instantly hit it off, recording four songs in their first six hours of working - three which made it to the revised Slim Shady LP. Eminem collaborated on Dr. Dre's solo project "2001 (Chronic)" and then recorded the Marshall Mathers LP, Eminem Show, Encore, Relapse, Refill, Recovery, Bad Meets Evil, Marshall Mathers 2, Shady XV, Revival, Kamikaze.
