All player units start with 0 Str/Mag and have 0 Str/Mag growth. Enemy units are normal. Everything else is unchanged.
Only source of strength/magic is weapon might, supports, statboosters, promotions and metis's tome
Ironman challenge (no loading saves/resetting, dead characters stay dead, run's over if I lose)
Everything else is fair game if needed
