Texas town retires UT star Jonathon Brooks' jersey

Описание: Hallettsville High School retired University of Texas running back Jonathon Brooks's No. 25 jersey during a ceremony at Memorial Stadium on Friday night. Brooks, who led Hallettsville High School to a 3A state runner-up finish in 2020, is currently second in the nation in rushing yards for the 2023 college football season. The jersey retirement also served as a tribute to Brooks' late father, Skip, who passed away on March 28, 2022.
