Robin Goldstein is Director of the Cannabis Economics Group at UC Davis, where his research studies the economic impacts of policy and regulations. Dr. Goldstein's most recent book is "Can Legal Weed Win? The Blunt Realities of Cannabis Economics."

Geoffrey Lawrence is research director at Reason Foundation. Lawrence has been a financial executive in both the public and private sectors and has served as chief financial officer of publicly traded, growth stage, and startup cannabis companies. Lawrence is formerly senior appointee to the Nevada Controller's Office where he oversaw the state's financial reporting and has been with Reason Foundation since 2018.

As President of Global Medical Cannabis at Village Farms, Paul Furfaro leads the company's global expansion in the evolving cannabis space. Previously, he opened 90 dispensaries for the government, driving $1B in impact during Canada's cannabis legalization.

Susan Hays is a lawyer and registered lobbyist based in Austin and Alpine, Texas. She serves on the TCUP Working Group as the public representative. She was intimately involved in the drafting and passage of Texas’s 2019 hemp law.
