More and more Christians are recognizing the Jewish roots of their faith in Messiah Jesus, and understand that God has a continuing relationship with the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. This is gratifying for those of us who are actually Jewish and have come to faith in Messiah. Jewish history is important for every Christian because it demonstrates the faithfulness of God to his Covenant agreements with the people of Israel. In the 2019 session of the Ariel Ministries Shoshanah School of Messianic Studies, I taught 15 one hour sessions giving an overview of Jewish history, with the unique perspective of how the biblical covenants have dramatically influenced that history. Each day is divided into two approx. 28 minute videos for easier viewing.

Mottel Baleston was born into a Jewish home in New York City and attended Jewish and public schools there. He came to faith in Messiah Jesus after reading the Messianic prophecies in the Jewish Bible. He is Director of the "MESSENGERS OF THE NEW COVENANT", communicating the Good News of Messiah to the Jewish community, discipling Jewish believers and educating Christians concerning the Jewish roots of their faith. He has served as Messianic Rabbi of a Congregation in New Jersey, as well as a Hebrew class instructor. His articles appear in Ariel Magazine, and his teaching videos on several online venues.
