Ramesh Pisharody has resigned from the post of convener of the ad hoc committee of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA). Responding to the controversy, Pisharody said the recently surfaced audio was not a leak but a deliberate release. He added that he has no desire to cling to any position of authority.
