Radhe Krishna Residency is located in Nirmal Nagari in Diva East in the Thane district. It is hardly a few meters away from Diva Shil Marg, which is the major approach road for this project and further connects to NH-48. The immediate neighbouring locality to this project is Mumbra, which is within 5 km.

Radhe Krishna Residency has three towers of 13 floors each that were launched in three phases. The project offers a total of 300 units. The developer has recently launched phase III consisting of 117 units with a room configuration of 1 and 2 BHKs. Each floor will have nine apartments. The carpet area ranges from 406 sf to 634 sf. While the developer has launched the third phase now, the other two phases are still under construction and have over 50 per cent of its inventory yet to be sold.

Mangalam Infra Developers is also planning to come up with more new developments in and around Thane and Mumbra areas and is also eyeing the regions of Navi Mumbai such as Taloja and Ulwe.

Radhe Krishna Residency is centrally located and enjoys good connectivity to various parts of Thane, Navi Mumbai and Mumbai via road and rail. If one is coming from the Dombivali side, Diva Agasan Road further connecting to Shil Diva Road will easily make you reach the project. However, if one is travelling from the Thane region, then the ideal route to reach the project site would be NH48 connecting to Shil Diva.

There is good availability of TMC run local buses, cabs and autos around the project. Even the Diva Junction Railway Station is merely 3 km away. However, there is no metro service available here.

The physical infrastructure of Diva locality is still in the developing stage, and planned infrastructure projects such as Airoli Dombivali Tunnel Road, Monorail Project between Kharghar and Kalyan, expansion of Kalyan Shil Road and the Airport in Navi Mumbai, will benefit the location in the long term.

Owing to good connectivity, one can easily reach the employment centres in Navi Mumbai, Thane and Dombivli in about 45 mins from here. IT Hub Airoli is within an hour’s reach from Diva by road.

There are several schools and colleges in and around the project, along with decent hospitals. National High School, Symbiosis School, Government Polytechnic College and Ovi Hospital are few to be named.

For shopping and entertainment, one can visit the nearest mall, Palava Xperia, about 7 km from the project.
