*Spacebar stab is actually a cherry clip in stab. The two TX stab spacebars I have tried both sucked pretty bad, so I replaced the spacebar with a cherry clip-in stab that I PTFE holee modded.
PTFE Holee mod is a super finnicky mod but when you do it correctly it works wonders. It definitely has a slight break in period of around a day but it is not mushy and once you do break it in, it is one of the best stab mods you can do.
TX stabs are the best stabs I've ever tried for 2u keys but is one of the worst stabs I've tried for spacebar. However, other people have had better luck than I have, so I would say give it a try and see for yourself.
JWICK Blacks are a really nice switch, they sound great but they are a pain to mod. Normally, I just lube the bottom housing, the spring, and the stem, but for Jwick blacks, I had to lube the top, bottom, and stem of the switch. I replaced the springs with 62 gram three stage springs off aliexpress. Love them a lot, really opened my eyes to how much a long spring impacts the typing experience of a switch. My deskeys switch films did not fit in these switches, and the couple that I tried to film actually ended up slightly damaged. Would not recommend filming, the switches are tight enough as is. The switch is definitely on the clacky end, and I really like the sound signature it produces.
Bakeneko65: I have mixed feelings about this board. On one hand, it sounds really good. I replaced the 50a stock oring with a 30a one, HUGE difference in feel and sound. A bit poppier and a much softer typing experience. On the other hand, the build quality is frankly mediocre. Compared to my Keychron Q1V1, the Q1 was close to 4 lbs heavy compared to the measly 1 lb of the Bakeneko. In addition, the paint job is quite lacking on the Bakeneko. There is visible streaking and the inside of the case is left almost unfinished. Keep in mind this is an A stock board. Worse, the case made a click sound every time I flexed it because the JST connector would hit the bottom of the case. To fix this issue, I put a sheet of paper towel into the case which eliminated both the slight hollowness and the JST click.
Would I recommend this board? Yes, absolutely. It is a good board for the price. Is it the best budget alu board? Imo, no. Not even close. The Keychron Q2 is both heavier and has better build quality. Even with the Bakeneko sounding better, I cannot recommend it over the Q2. Also, the QK65 has pretty much taken over the competition for sub $200 boards. I would much rather recommend these two boards.
If you need a board right away, get the Q2. If you want the best budget board for your money, get the QK65. If you want clack, though, the Bakeneko fills that niche in the market nicely.
