V1.7 Legacy Hero Tier List

Описание: Well it may be slightly over-due, but here it is, my Legacy specific V1.7 hero tier list. V1.7.x should be about a week away, we will find out in the upcoming patch-notes if they address some of the over-tuned heroes or not. At this point it's anyone's guess what balance decisions Omeda will make, but either way we will do our best to keep enjoying Pred. Let me know what hero rankings you agree/disagree with in the comments below, and also give me your hot-take on how you think Renna is actually underpowered and needs a buff.
