The FORTHING Xinghai V9 is a premium mid-to-large MPV that embodies a blend of modern technology and traditional Chinese design aesthetics. This vehicle stands out with its two distinct front-end designs, the "Qingyun Ti" and the "Chinese Knot" series, each offering a unique visual identity. The "Qingyun Ti" features a nine-horizontal-bar pattern symbolizing progress, while the "Chinese Knot" series is inspired by traditional Chinese knots, showcasing a waterfall-style intake grille and split-type headlight design.

The Xinghai V9 is equipped with a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system that delivers a maximum power of 154 hp and a peak torque of 230 N.m for the engine, with the electric motor offering 150kW (204 hp) and 310 N.m of torque. It boasts an impressive pure electric range of up to 200km under CLTC conditions and a combined range of 1300km.

Inside, the cabin is a showcase of luxury and technology, featuring a 41-inch smart ultra-clear three-screen setup powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and integrated with Tencent TAI 4.0 intelligent car system. The seats are designed for comfort, with the driver's seat offering 10-way electric adjustment, memory, heating/ventilation, and a five-mode preset eight-point massage function. The second row features independent aviation seats with 12-way adjustments, and the third row can be completely retracted under the floor for added cargo space.

Safety and convenience are also at the forefront, with the Xinghai V9 offering an L2+ level intelligent driving assistance system, including high-speed NOA function and a 360° panoramic high-definition imaging system.
