♡ Directly experience your own mind ♡ Sensations are points of feelings like stars in the night sky ♡ appearing and disappearing in the open space of the mind. ♡ Let the mind become like a big sky, an empty sky, an empty space ♡ Different sounds or feelings are changing and vanishing in the open space of the mind… Mind is open, receptive, aware… Mind is like open space… sounds appear and disappear… open to the different sensations that arise and appear… sensations are points of feelings like stars in the night sky…appearing and disappearing in the open emptiness of mind… there’s no inside, no outside, no boundaries of separation… sounds and sensations simply appearing and disappearing in the open space of mind - rest peacefully in that open space of the mind. ♡

“I have two main aims in teaching. The first is to spread the dharma as widely as possible, offering it to as many different people as I can. The second is to teach a smaller number of people over sustained periods of time. This in-depth teaching engages my tremendous love for intensive, long-term meditation practice, where people can immerse themselves in the retreat experience and see how it transforms their understanding.” http://dharmaseed.org/teacher/96/
This site is an archive of Dharma talks given by Gil Fronsdal, Andrea Fella and various guest speakers at the Insight Meditation Center in Redwood City, CA. Each talk illuminates aspects of the Buddha's teachings. The purpose is the same that the Buddha had for his teachings, to guide us toward the end of suffering and the attainment of freedom.
These talks are freely available to download or listen to. Please help support this service with a tax-deductible donation. http://www.audiodharma.org/
