Описание: A fresh twist has emerged in the illegal farmhouse controversy in Dhamra involving former MLA Pranab Balabantaray.

After a notice from the Tehsil authorities, shocking scenes surfaced where some structures on the farmhouse were demolished. Reports suggest that Balabantaray himself demolished parts of his farmhouse located on government land before any official eviction.

The Revenue Inspector (RI) Talgad investigation found that around 32 acres of hilly land in Panturitha village (Kuakhia police limits) had been illegally acquired and developed into farmhouses, gardens, and orchards.

The administration is now examining the unauthorized constructions and preemptive demolition, raising serious questions about the handling of government land.
