This was my first day of hitchhiking in Thailand, traveling from Chiang Khong to Chiang Rai and on the 1st day, I met some amazing and kind-hearted people who gave me lifts on the way and helped me continue my journey. But the most special moment was when a local army man stopped, talked to me, and took me to his home. His family welcomed me warmly, offered me food, and treated me like their own.

This vlog shows:
