In honor of Nakai's birthday a few days ago, I decided I should share this video. Nakai worked on his center pec-up bow during an Inside Look presentation! They didn't want him to do a sighting bow here but also wanted a runup to the side. Unfortunately, since almost every San Diego center aerial has a sighting bow, he couldn't help not breaking that habit this session. Highlights below:
1:33 - The first approximation, he does a low sighting bow and the pec-up bow
2:40 - He did less of a sighting bow but didn't come out of the water much for the pec-up bow
3:15 - He did both a sighting bow but the pec-up bow and was reinforced for the LRS
4:10 - They tried to prevent him from going to the slide with a target tap in the middle but he committed to his runup and did a sighting bow and a pec-up bow
5:10 - They decided to move on and ask Nakai out and Ulises to come out and demonstrate bows and a completed pec-up bow
