8 Treasure Duck is a traditional Chinese dish usually served during Chinese New Year dinner or CNY Eve dinner. It is very delicious but is not widely cooked at home because it involves a few steps to cook before you can enjoy the final result. This dish can be preordered in Chinese restaurant.
Cooking 8 Treasure duck involves frying , steaming or pressure cooking. Stuffing for the duck containing the 8 treasures (ingredients) are pre-cooked with glutinous rice.
In this video, I cooked three duck for my family CNY reunion dinner.
Each 8 treasure ingredients 1 cup for 3 ducks. So for 1 whole duck, you can reduce the ingredients to 1/3 cup.

P.S. Cooking Time using a pressure cooker is 1 hr, on medium heat first half hour, and low heat subsequently. Cooking Time for Steaming, is 2 hrs. I mentioned 1 hr in the video which is my mistake.
