Описание: This workshop recording provides an overview of the University of California Retirement System (UCRS), which consists of the UC Retirement Plan (UCRP), supplemental savings programs, and retiree health benefits. Employees eligible for retirement benefits can choose between Pension Choice (a defined benefit plan) and Savings Choice (a defined contribution plan), with vesting and contribution requirements based on employment status.
