After she lost her younger brother to sickle cell anemia, Frances Oladimeji – Prince George’s Community College’s (PGCC) 2022 Commencement Speaker – emigrated to the United States from Nigeria to become a nurse. She chose to further her education at PGCC because of its stellar Nursing Program.
