There was a scuffle today morning at Parliament, as Kyadondo East legislator Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine tried to access Parliament with a red banner on his head.
The Police officer at the checkpoint physically blocked the new MP from accessing the building,telling him she will not allow protest material into the house.
This led to a verbal exchange between the Police officer and 'Bobi Wine's' Togikwatako allies Kampala Central Mp Hon. Muhammed Nsereko, and Makindye West MP Hon. Allan Ssewanyana.
Hon. Kyagulanyi was later allowed to access the building when he got rid of his banner.
