One week a year, I take a vacation that recharges me in a way no other time off can.
I spend it with incredible people who share the same special interests as me (yes, #StarTrek)...and I meet a whole crew of #neurodivergent friends! For a full week, we can drop references that others actually catch. We can laugh at the same moments. We can interpret the world in familiar ways. And we can experience something many of us spend a lifetime looking for:

When I come home, I’m not “rested;” I’m renewed …reenergized for life, refueled creatively, and ready to seek out new adventures and boldly go forward. I especially like to get creative. The song below is what I created to share with the other fans who long for the next #StarTrekCruise the morning before they even leave the ship.
