Abandoned dog found tied in woods near Massachusetts animal shelter

Описание: An Australian Shepherd was found in the woods behind Friends of Attleboro Animal Shelter early Sunday morning, and an owner has only five days left to come forward and claim it.

“What we found by the tree that it kept going around to on shelter road was the end of a flexi-leash so we feel that someone tied the dog with a flexi-leash around the tree, which is why the dog kept circling the whole place, but kept coming back, which probably where they left him,” said Carolyn Eaton, an Animal Control Officer. “The dog is very scared, we have to move it slowly so we’re not going to push the dog, I was able to pet the dog and right now I cannot tell you whether it’s a male or female, but it’s an Australian Shepherd.”
