This is a collaboration that Reverse: 1999 did with Shining Soul: physical versions of the UTTU card packs that are part of that game mode! One box contains 16 packs, and each pack has 5 cards each.
Apparently Shining Soul does a lot of collectible card collabs with video games and anime series.
Cards are awesome quality, and look great! Apologies for the scuffed web camera, I rarely use it
The physical UTTU packs can be purchased on the official Reverse: 1999 and Shining Soul tmall store, as well as their Taobao. I ended up getting it at an online hobby store on Aliexpress at a really great price($30), which was right before the tariffs hit. It's probably a bit more expensive now...
