Описание: Many women are being told that they need to be induced although there don’t seem to be good reasons to do so. As a result, they often ask themselves: “Do I really need to be induced?”
So, in this video, Nathalie Kaufmann, Pregnancy and Birth Consultant and TCM Therapist, and Mathias Ritter, Researcher and Science Geek, discuss the most common reasons why providers often recommend a labor induction. Most importantly though, they also discuss if there are really benefits of labor induction when it comes to those reasons, from a science point of view.
In addition, they explain what you can do if your provider presses for an induction although you are not convinced. And they also explain if natural labor induction can help you avoid a medical induction.
