Trail in Bucegi mountains in Romania. If you want to do the same hike, You need to drive to Piatra Arsa and start your hike from there to Babele and the Spinx, continue towards Omu Peak and then turn right towards Costila Peak.
Follow the trail to Caraiman Peak till you see the Heros' Cross and then start descending and go around the mountain, on the lower trail.
You'll pass by Caraiman lodge. You need to walk under the cable car and keep the trail until you reach Piatra Arsa Lodge, your starting point.
The entire hike should take around 5 hours, with all the stops.
Hiking in Bucegi Mountains is one of the best activity in Romania for mountain lovers. This can be a one day trip from Bucharest.
