As for the squash top, I will strip off its outer skin, and leave the stem and leaves separate. Wash it and start cooking.
I will use the stem of the squash top to stir-fry with sausages and fried fish balls. As for the leaves, I will use them to make soup. Regarding the sausages, I will cut them into medium sized pieces, then split them into lines. After the oil pan is hot, add the chopped onions and garlic. Stir-fry the onions and garlic until fragrant, then add the sausages and add spices according to your taste. As soon as the sausage is cooked, add the stem of the squash top, stir-fry until cooked, then you can take it out.
Regarding pumpkin vegetable soup, it is very simple. Boil a pot of water, add some fried fish balls, add a little soup powder and seasoning powder. Then put the pumpkin tops in to cook together. When the pumpkin tops are just ripe, you can take them out. Be careful not to cook too long, otherwise the pumpkin tops will be crushed.
