Описание: See my other short on counter pushups! Here are two more micro workouts I try to do on the daily in my home. They are simple movements that strengthen my muscles, balance, stamina and stability. A year ago, I started at only 5 reps, but now consistently do 40 reps on all the micro workouts. From bedridden to able bodied in 15 months, this is my ComeBACK: From Breakage to Breakthrough journey and I am so grateful to share the experience, strength and hope I have gained along the way.
