Week 3 of the banana wine experiment is here 🍌🍷
You can really start to see the difference between the two batches now. The first batch (3 weeks in) has slowed down significantly and looks like it’ll be ready for its first racking next week. The second batch is still actively fermenting, which makes the comparison really interesting.
