I’m walking you through how I critique each of my mandatory and classic poses — from front double to back double to the new classic shot. You’ll hear exactly what I liked, what I want to improve, and what that means for my off-season training plan.
This is how I build a game plan for real progress: by being honest, detailed, and intentional. At the end, I’ll also share my new training split designed to hit biceps, hamstrings, and lats 3x per week. It’s aggressive, but I’m excited to run it and bring up these weak points.
