VALI Electrolyte Salts helps replenish and re-hydrate your body; if you suffer from auto-immune diseases as I do, this can be especially critical. I tend to get dehydrated a LOT so this product test was a heaven sent IMO. According to the documentation, this product contains a "critical blend of electrolytes that are lost through sweat including #HimalayanPinkSalt - which contains 84 trace minerals and elements found in the human body to aid healing.

Each capsule contains 250 IU Vitamin D3, 30mg Calcium, 31mg Magnesium, 212mg Chloride (blend), 80mg Sodium and 100mg Potassium Chloride. What don't they contain? Artificial flavors, additives, preservatives, gluten or soy. The product has ZERO calories and proudly boasts vegan and Non-GMO ingridients. VALI manufactures their products in the US in an eco-friendly, FDA registered facility under GMP guidelines.

I was especially impressed with the super-fast shipping (products can be purchased on Amazon) and friendly support. Each bottle costs $19.99 for 120 capsules.

I mainly ordered this product for dehydration but it's also great for Potassium deficiencies and to help with the awful leg cramps that come along with it. I can also see it being really helpful for those who suffer from #sjogenssyndrome as the purpose is to re-hydrate your lost fluids.

Now that I've told you all the pro's, here are my cons.
The size of the pills may be an issue for some individuals
Cost - (yes, I also listed that on the pro side but you can take up
to 10 pills in a 24 hour period...that means the bottle is a 12
day supply. Depending on how often you take this supplement,
this could be an issue. **Sports enthusiasts may not have this
issue but #chronicallyill patients could.
