This beginner-friendly core exercise targets your upper abs without putting strain on your lower back.
How to do it:
1. Lie on your back with knees bent at 90 degrees
2. Extend your arms straight toward your knees
3. Exhale and lift your shoulders off the floor, reaching your hands toward your knees
4. Hold briefly at the top, then slowly lower back down
5. Focus on using your abs, not your neck or shoulders
