Soil Compaction Test (95%) – not optional, just ignored
Underground / Rough Plumbing
Site Prep Inspection
Silt fencing
Porta-potty placement
Drainage flow
Sewer Protection (6” socks on infill lots)
Monolithic Slab / Foundation Inspection
Electrical Rough tied to temp power
These aren’t “maybes.”
