PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 - Brigandine [100% SECRETS]

Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop.

For sure you will notice a lot of performance drops here while playing with Project Brutality, it means that it is time for me to drop GZDoom and use LZDoom, mostly. Brigandine is a small to medium sized map that can take you from 15 to 20 minutes to complete if you aim for all of the secrets to find, most of them are quite easy. But surely not so easy is the map itself, the most problematic for sure is the beginning where you already have to face two Revenants in a very small room with almost no ammo. From the same room you can reach a first secret, just press a skull switch inside a shelf to trigger an elevator down, there is some ammo and a berserk pack to grab, but be aware. Once you return from there, some additional monsters might spawn so if you are low on health, just get the hell out of there and go to the safety, head outside since then. This is where it might get difficult because this is where Pain Elementals (or Overlords if you are unlucky) start to appear, be smart and do not fight too many monsters at once. Move further and proceed with getting a red skull key together with triggering at least 2 secrets while on your way, especially a Rocket Launcher spawn might be really handy. After you open a red skull door this is where it starts to get really interesting, lots of monsters will spawn from fake walls, teleports, just try to not be cornered by them. If you get a mappack through one of the secrets, you can place some Proximity Mines near yellow skull door exit, this will surely blast a lot of them to oblivion.
