Описание: Riveria City is a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, near KL Sentral. Developed by Titijaya Land Berhad in collaboration with Tokyu Land Asia and Prasarana Integrated Development Sdn Bhd, this project encompasses retail shops, lifestyle office suites, and serviced apartments. 


The development comprises two main components:


The Riv: This phase offers 784 units of office suites and SOHO across 54 levels, with built-up areas ranging from 250 to 486 square feet.

It's also about 100 meters from the Tun Sambanthan Monorail Station, providing direct links to financial and business hubs in the city.
