Today I reveal the winners of the AXE WEEK naming event. Each day, as I debuted a new or Nordically renovated build, I asked viewers to help me pick names for the five new axe men. Some of you did not disappoint and came through with some great ones. I'm excited to share my favorite selections with you.
Following the name reveals and a brief overview of my general thoughts on the different types of axes, I jump into a Mountain Peak match with the Heavy Handaxe. I know people want the daily Mordhau gameplay videos so I wasn't going to disappoint.

I am finding I'm having more and more fun with the Heavy Handaxe Bloodlust build I've built for my character. The Heavy Handaxe is great for locking down an injured opponent and securing the kill, thus refilling your health. It's a VERY viable strategy to take a hit from an opponent and then just back off and look for a weaker opponent to refresh your health off of. Maybe I'll consider making a Vampire strategy in a future video...
