Feeling lost in life or stuck in a situation can make a person feel helpless at times due to our limited perspective in life. Through exploring we allow ourselves to zoom out of our life situation (micro-world) and see things in a bigger picture (macro-world), to have a clearer and deeper understanding of what is happening. Through discovery, we allow ourselves to unlock the world's endless possibilities and potential within us.
I love a phrase in the book called Maybe by Kobi Yamada, which says: "It is on journeys that discoveries are made". Indeed, we would only discover new things, when we allow ourselves to walk out of our daily life and explore the possibilities beyond us.
