Note: You may notice I used a very thin amount of Crisco. I "do not" recommend using that. I only did because that particular tin needs motor oil to prevent sticking. I would recommend using avocado oil, coconut oil, or even a good bit of butter.
This recipe is a bit high is sodium (about 1,200mg) but some of that is offset by the amount of potassium it provides. Please be aware if you are on a low sodium diet.
Original recipe: 400 calories, 6g Carbs, 21g Fats, 44g Protein.
One cup low-fat cottage cheese
Four large eggs
Chives
Salt
Pepper

200 calories, 3g Carbs, 10.5g Fat, 22g Protein.
Half cup low-fat cottage cheese
Two large eggs
(didn't have chives so didn't add them )
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven at 375 F
Cooking spray, butter, or oil baking dish
Mix ingredients together and pour in baking dish
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until top is a golden brown.
Let's stand five minutes or so to cool .
