RECIPE
Wash & Roast 3/4th cup Moong dal in a pan. Remove from the pan, let it cool down and Grind.
Now add 3/4th cup Ghee in the pan. Add 1 tbs Gram Flour and Ground Dal Flour.
Keep stirring and roasting on mid flame until the colour changes to nutty brown and roasted fragrance comes.
Now Reduce flame, add 3/4th cup Gud Sakkar (Brown unrefined Sugar) and 2 pounded Cardamom seeds.
Stir for 10 secs.
Add 2 cups Hot Water.
Stir & Cook. Meanwhile increase flame to mid.
Cook until Halwa thickens and leaves Pan & Spatula.
Finished with chopped roasted Almonds.
Serve hot.
