➡️ Video Verification is essential, in order to minimise the number of false alarms, and reduce/eliminate the eroneus dispatch of emergency services (that usually has financial implications)

➡️ If deploying this today, make sure to use the latest generation cameras, as they can pick up people and vehicles at a greater distance; 4K models are also preferred, as more pixel density will also increase this range

➡️ Keep the cameras clean from dirt, dried water and snow, as they won't be able to detect properly (especially at night, when the IR sensors will reflect back)

➡️ Match the appropriate camera with each sensor; no camera associated will result in an alarm being raised directly; a camera pointed away from the incident might inadvertently make the verification agent cancel the alarm and miss what is actually happening

➡️ Keep in within your assigned monthly verification limits by using areas of interest, loitering and line crossing parameters; going over your limit two months in a row will result in any additional incidents not being verified in month 3 (directly resulting in an alarm being raised)
